cheung yu meat biscuit rice quite a lot of fatty meat mixed with cheung yu....but it's fresly steam coz it's very hot! the rice is alright, not too soft and not too hard, add some soya source it's good
beef ball in soup
beef ball is normal in taste, but very smooth! the soup base is very fresh, i drink them all, they added some muchroom too so that the soup base is very sweet~
i will come again to try other types of dim sum later!
