海廬魚配波菜沙律
杏仁雞絲沙律
幾想和hubby黎呢度試,因為他會喜歡呢度的香蕉蛋糕.我地都無試過CWB呢間分店.咁係一個星期六晚,睇完戲都九點幾就上黎.點之都九成滿,可能呢度真係幾popular place for hea, 所以都有幾多一group, 一group的不停吹水.好彩咁夾有個卡位,咁我地都吳使咁迫,兼咁嘈!
我地點了海廬魚配波菜沙律,杏仁雞絲沙律半份和特式焗薯皮.
海廬魚配波菜沙律$118,呢個沙律給我們印象幾深刻,一條廬魚fillet, 煎得香香的,放在一堆fennel, 新鮮茴香片,嫩波菜苗同一些已去皮的橙肉上面.廬魚食得出係新鮮貨,幾好味道,那新鮮茴香片尤其特別,食落它特別透出淡淡的香味,作為沙律的配料,係幾唔錯的.那嫩波菜苗和已去皮的橙肉亦係一絕配,那些橙肉是橙有橙味的,當今都算難能可貴的.
杏仁雞絲沙律$54半份:半份的沙律份量算多,它主要是生菜絲,杏仁條和雞絲,整體來說吃來爽脆清新,醬汁有淡淡酸味。還想一提,配沙律的香蕉蛋糕都好鬆軟好味,不過記得叫呀,吳係吳會serve的.
特式焗薯皮,有蕃茄粒,sour cream加上薯皮,熱辣辣,幾OK既,個賣相幾靚,只係我覺得價錢定得有點貴@$68四件。可以平$20就更好了.
餐廳內環境都幾舒服,但就真係好嘈,嘈到有點令人頭痛,唔太適合傾計, 反而啱一大班人hehehaha, 熱熱鬧鬧聚一下.
