Have heard quite a lot about the "claypot rice" featured in this restaurant, which is cooked in an oven for baking breads.

Already tried a few times with barely satisfactory outcome, but the most recent experience with "claypot rice with pork ribs" is disappointing. The ribs' texture was rather coarse, since it did not appear to be overcooked, I can only attribute it to inferior materials being used.
