Dinner with two friends. Restaurant was full on a busy Saturday night. Staff was a bit pressed, but coped reasonably well. Prosciutto and melone was good. Two of us tried the Sardinian pasta-type dish Fregula (a sort of larger couscous grain) -- the chicken version was better than the clams but both were a refreshing change from the usual spaghettis found on HK menu. My friend wanted his lamb a bit better cooked and the staff complied cheerfully and promptly.
The extensive wine list has a great range from about $300 up to several thousand for a bottle. We navigated around the lower end of the list and had a very nice Rioja.
All in all, a very pleasant evening.
