生曰晚餐篇

上次去完Jacky Yu 係灣仔的私房菜館後,對佢所創的菜式非常欣賞
所以今年我的生曰晚餐決定和家人到他在太古城開設的囍宴 東‧丰
今晚菜式
(1)芥末胡麻醬青瓜拌海踅
- 芥未加芝麻醬原來幾清新幾好味喎
(2)老火靚湯
- Ok啦,只是無太大驚喜!
(3)紅咖哩牛肉
- 與其他餐廳的咖哩汁很不同,但都幾辣吓
(4)沙窩雲吞雞
- 啲雞肉很嫩滑,啲湯清清哋,雲吞很鮮甜,唔錯
(5)金不換沙爹蛋黃蝦
- 蝦肉鮮甜,外殼炸得很香脆,持別之處係用鹹蛋來做醬汁,
用來餸飯一流
(6)囍宴XO醬炒蘿白糕
- 香口惹味,GOOD
(7)大肚婆炒飯
- 啲飯炒得好乾身,材料有薑、欖菜、蝦米、
鹹酸菜、豆豉、葱菜、酸薑和鹹魚粒等,
雖然配料都切成碎,但入口香濃,有獨持的味道,
從末食過咁好味的炒飯
只可惜今晚真是食得太多嘢了!
望往甜品的餐牌都不能再Order -_-
只有下次再試啦!
初初有點擔心Jacky Yu不在店中監察,唔知食物水準會否下降,
結果並沒有令我們失望
