上次哩得兩公婆食晏,凈係試咗個香茅豬扒湯濛同咖喱雞扒飯,今勻搵埋姨仔舅仔哩,人齊D可以試吓佢個拼盤喇!個拼盤上次猛咁推介,今次哩多少都因為佢,大大份有齊多款越南小食。小店,地方雖然係逼D,但價錢著實大眾化,所以有一定吸引力,好似今晚晚市哩依然坐到滿
!
越想食拼盤
有香茅雞翼、蔗蝦、魚餅、春卷、炸魚卷、蒸粉卷、豬頸肉同扎肉,除豬頸肉,樣樣兩件,可惜無咗貴價嘅蝦餅,但份量上計落都抵食。雞翼甚有香茅味,脆煎零舍惹味,蒸粉卷外皮有米香,餡料又多,醮咗魚露特別好味;蔗蝦就削咗D,又無乜蔗香;其他幾款小食,可以以穩穩陣陣哩形容,如果加多三幾大蝦片,賣相仲有D睇頭呢?
火車頭
對「火車頭」都唔係好認識,屋企人話有番咁上下大大碗,加埋幾款牛肉,就已經算正宗喎,咁眼前哩碗都算合格啦。碗內嘅河粉確實幾多,餸料有生、熟牛肉,牛肉粒,竟然仲有D牛柏葉、蘿蔔添,雖則有幾款餸料,但整體份量上就唔多,味道一般!湯底方面,同上次哩嘅感覺差唔多,都做得唔錯,無靠味精!
炒牛肉撈濛
一個洋蔥炒牛肉加濛粉嘅簡單組合,不過,將牛肉、洋蔥、甘筍絲、椰菜絲撈勻一齊食,又幾好食,因為濛粉食起上哩好清爽,較濃味嘅洋蔥炒牛肉,搭上爽口嘅甘筍絲同椰菜絲,中和咗個油膩感,夏天食依個就正斗!
咖喱牛肉飯、炒菜
依兩樣嘢,都係為咗平衡番餐飯揀嘅。叫咗兩個粉粉濛濛,所以揀個飯,選擇又唔係好多,之前試過佢嘅咖喱,都覺得OK,所以再揀,舅仔話事就揀咗咖喱牛肉,又係牛肉,今餐真係食得牛多,味道無驚喜;多肉、多澱粉質,梗係叫番個炒菜,所以個菜為叫而叫!
上次寫食評俾個OK佢,今次再哩,都係維持原判,一樣都係得個OK,無辦法,雖然服務拉番唔少分
,但食物質素又真係未見好突出
!
好快上菜,有得食喇!
