Previously I have had pasta cooked with lemon, it makes the whole dish very appetizing.Carnegies in Wan Chai does pasta with zuchinni and lemon, whilst California Pizza kitchen does pasta with chicken in lemon sauce.The spaghetti house version is slightly disppointing in that it is totally sweet, and the pasta is bland.As for the baked escargots with potato, it was slightly different to what I was expectng too.I didnt expect to have a large clump of tinned spinach in the middle, and the parmesan
