去了傳說中既火山石石鍋烏冬
傳說中要等勁耐同埋限你1小時內交番張台
但係去到又唔係咁wo~7:00左右去到等左1張就有了
入到去個環境都算乾淨, 但係就迫左d
但出餐速度奇高
叫左3個菜
1) 三文魚蟹籽鍋巴壽司
2) 麻胡吉列豬扒石鍋烏冬
3) 醬油燒豬手石鍋烏冬
三文魚蟹籽鍋巴壽司係最好食果個, 入面果d係薯仔蛋沙拉撈左三文魚
開頭以為佢係熟的三文魚碎, 原來係一粒粒三文魚刺身!!@@
加埋蟹籽,熟蝦, 味道豐富, 再放在鍋巴上令味道平衡, very好味
麻胡吉列豬扒也是這裡的名菜, 除左用麻胡, 仲有杏仁同芝麻用炸
非常香口, 入面也不會霉肉, 加埋沙拉醬是一般食法
個人認為醬油燒豬手比起炸豬扒好味, 豬手瘦肉夠多, 不會是一般的大部分是肥肉
同埋最緊要係入味, 其實d皮仲入味, 但係好肥...
主角烏冬質感一般, 可能石鍋太熱會令佢加速腍
湯底是十分的淡, 可能要配合濃味的菜關係
但係服務就真係一般啦, 一間鋪得3個侍應唔冧檔就奇
