Full cup is a local cafe with no English menus. I'm lucky that my local friends brought me here and were able to translate the menu for me. Upon entering, they will ask you if you smoke as there are different floors - one for non smokers, and one with an indoor area for nonsmokers and an outdoor deck for smokers. Decorated with mismatched furniture and kitschy knickknacks, Full Cup is a laid-back place to chill with friends over coffee, chocolate, or tea. I don't think they serve alcohol. I love their banana hot chocolate. Their drinks with coffee jelly and coffee beans are good, too. They also serve food. I've had the duck pizza before but, for the small portion, it took 40 minutes to make and be served. Servers are very nice. The first time I went there, my friend accidentally tipped over another friend's drink, and the servers promptly remade the drink for us without us asking.
