Bubble Factory   (Closed)

Went to Bubble Factory on a late night Coffee run...
nice little cafe with style in Tin Hau, service is nice, but I think their coffee was a bit pricey, the cake is reasonable tho.

Bubble Burst Cheesecake: It's a chocolate dome with a few layers inside...
1. The surface layer is the best!! The chocolate coating is divine and truly devilish!
2. Chocolate mousse inside is good as well, great chocolatey aroma, not too sweet
3. The rock candy didn't do much for me, guess it was late so the candies were soaked for a while, didn't really "burst".
4. Rosemary Chocolate cake layer : not bad, quite moist.
5. The American Cheesecake at the bottom was a bit disappointing... the cream cheese was not cheesy enough and the crust was all wet!
Bonus: The chocolate syrup used a decoration on the plate was so good I almost wanted to lick the dish!
It's a very nice and comforting cake for all chocolate lovers out there... will definitely try the "V" cake next time!
