To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

WENT TO delifrance for lunch today with mom and i ordered a coffee (wasnt that hungry) the manager there kept for asking me to order a lunch set and I said no, i'm not hungry and he kept on going 'are you sure?' and then i said yes ... so i went back to my seat to wait for my coffee30mins passed...30 mins later both my mother's lunch set and my coffee still hasnt come yet, i asked the manager, and all he said was 'oh! sorry, i forgot.' and then 5 mins later, everything came.how can he possibly f

30mins passed...

30 mins later both my mother's lunch set and my coffee still hasnt come yet, i asked the manager, and all he said was 'oh! sorry, i forgot.' and then 5 mins later, everything came.
how can he possibly forget to place orders when the restaurant was is empty that time?
personally i've always thought delifrance's pricing is quite expensive given the portion sizes
