Ordered a skewer of Beef Tripes (minus intestines, as I need to cut back on fat consumption). This came with 2 types of cow stomach cuts.
The tripes were too soft, despite ordering at peak hour at night. They have nothing on the 十三座牛雜, even when some of their 'outlet's or on certain days are bad, its still better than the one I had that night. The marinade itself also wasn't very sophisticated appealing.

Its actually even more expensive here!!
