吃得出的誠意

由於本小姐在中環區工作,很多時都會經過此@rex caffe,自己和同事都對這兒的午餐評價十分高所以一直都很想試晚餐,但一直未有機會去試,終於星期天和老公結婚二周年之下,終可一嘗這兒的意大利晚餐.
一進店內,店員很快安排我們坐下,可能今天是星期天,整間餐廳食客不太多,令整個氣氛十分舒適,在店員推介下,分別點了Pork sirlon Escalope with mushroom on bruschetta , Spagetti with Pancetta & Eggs"Carbonara Way", white bean & Rosemary Soup.及在店員推介下點了一杯意大利紅酒.
店員先來了湯和紅酒,湯的豆味非常濃郁,試得出用很多豆去磨碎及煲至杰身,這是看得出的第一個誠意,老公再試紅酒.他說不過不失,以價錢來說$60一杯,他覺得是物有所值的了.
再來是主菜.先說Pork sirlon Escalope with mushroom on bruschetta ,賣相特別,一吃之下豬肉相當有肉味,不像街外吃到的"死實實",一問經理之下原來是選用極及黑豚肉去製作所以肉味相當特出,連面包同吃,因為包已經把肉汁和醬汁同吃所以非常容易入口及好味,我覺得這種吃法好特別.下次再黎食飯我都會點番呢個菜.
老公就點了Spagetti with Pancetta & Eggs"Carbonara Way",賣相吸引,蛋汁把所有意粉剛剛好包圍哂,佢就話呢個意粉係食過比較出色既一款,因為蛋味好夠而且口感濕潤唔會太乾身.再詢問經理原來係用意大利雞蛋製作,唔怪得蛋味咁濃啦,真係第二個誠意啦.
最後就當然試埋呢度d咖啡啦,雖然我唔係咁懂得欣賞咖啡,但對於我黎講,杯上面d花拉得好靚之餘,成杯都好滑好順口,佢地咁有heart去整呢杯咖啡,我當然飲哂佢啦
總括黎講,呢餐食得好滿足,老公同我都希望下次有機會再黎試下其他菜式
