食過「好到底」後,大夥兒慕名而來,一享此店出品嘅豆腐花。
此店命名乃參考自某日本著名漫畫「頭文字D」,店舖裡又果真放了一部仿漫畫中嘅皇牌賽車AE86。店舖外掛滿了此店嘅旗海,隨風飄揚,好不架勢。這些營商gimmick,確是有一定吸引力,筆者一等人都要於露天開枱進食。但真正留得著客人的,還是店舖嘅實力。
問店員有什麼推介,答案是最
原味嘅豆腐花
($8)。也好,嚟一碗熱豆花,於微涼嘅秋風中進食,是一種享受。豆花以黃糖調味,入口比較硬身,不甚滑。據說這豆花是用鹽磯(正確學名待定)而非石灰粉做凝固劑,所以冇石灰做嘅咁滑,不過就健康一點。黃豆味淡淡的,不是兒時吃到般的香濃,但也是合格的。其他豆花嘅花款試了

($14),紅豆粒算幾大,咬落結實有口感,也頗美味。
友人試了豆花凍食,此店嘅處理手法特別。先將豆花攪爛,再加糖漿及冰粒製成類似飲品嘅東西,用飲管吸吮之。吸綴時只能飲到糖水,剩下豆花,筆者覺得是失敗嘅嚐試。
