Have never been so disappointed with Shanghainese food, not in Shanghai, not in HKG

But at this Xia Mian Guan, I ordered a very simple dish, eel & shrimp soup noodle - have to ask for soy sauce & dou-pang-cheung - plain water tastes a lot better by comparison

The waitress, other than pouring one cup of tea when I first arrived, never bothered to refill though she had been serving tables next to me

In this restaurant, food quality does not exist and so is the service
