The food is really bad. There are not much to choose from the menu. The deep fried is not crisp at all. The chichen bum wasn't soft enough to be clasify as a chinese bun. The "Thousand Level" bun was very English bun , because they used custard instead of egg york for the filling. Real bad dim sum place in HK
