木糠布甸@香港

如果有機會到澳門, 木糠布甸是我必吃的食物之一.
但回到香港, 亦未必是絶望.
幾年前, 於銅鑼灣一帶有一間以木糠布甸為店名的甜品店, 於開店的初期, 水準極高, 香軟適中, 可以一解我對澳門木糠布甸單思之苦.
但新張期過後, 它的質數便一落千丈, 它的木糠布甸, 硬得可以當殺人武器.
近日因每星期也必到灣仔上課的關係, 每下課後, 雙腳又會不自覺地走到金源小館, 外賣木糠布甸回家消夜.
金源小館的小炒反而未有令我留下深刻的印象, 但它的木糠布甸, 香, 滑, 少甜, 加上一層層的餅糠, 只是十多元一件. 只不過感到奇妙的, 是一間廣東小炒店, 為何會售木糠布甸
除了原味, 還有其他味道如咖啡, 奶茶等選擇. 而我, 仍然鍾情於原味.
看起來也頗簡單似的, 不知道能否自家制呢
