要來請早

實在太久沒有見舊朋友, 上次也只略談一會, 似乎未足夠. 她說要吃越南菜, 就來這裡吃一頓吧, 反正我也未試過嘛~!
來到的時候尚早, 還有大量空位, 轉過頭已是滿座, 還要取飛仔等位, 要來請早.
這裡的地方很有 rice paper 的影子, 侍應也挺足夠, 不時鑽來鑽去服務客人. 要了四味菜, 運動之前對於我來說就幾足夠的了.
生牛湯河刻意的牛肉要另上, 牛湯有餘韻, 也是個不錯的生牛湯河來的.
軟殼蟹米紙卷, 沒有魚露當然不行, 這裡的魚露客人就坐時已經有一碗在左近, 不過似乎不合夏天細菌滋長 + H1N1 時期的措施.
說回軟彀蟹, 一客四件味道也挺不錯的.
蕃茄蟹湯檬檬是對辦的, 耐何蕃茄不太夠濃, 芫萎反而頗足夠的,算挽回點分數.
芽車快我倒喜歡, 有點青檬汁就perfect.
會長還推介燒春雞好好味, 下次來要再灣仔店先.
