The Cutlery is extremely oily & dirty. When we complain to the waiter, he is so piss off... what a customer services.We ordered a lunch set, crap !!! The Shanhai Fried Noodles have very min to no ingredents, it is all noodles fry noodles. Their steam buns & dumpling is good. Very traditional.
