We aproached Teresa Festival for a cake solution to our event. They suggested an aprox $800 cake. We are delighted that, despite the expensive cake, it will solve our problem.To be fair, the cake taste great. Light buttercream sponge cake with raspberry filling. It looked great. We had to take out the fruits before serving it to our 30 guests. Imagine! What a nightmare it is to have a party and the cake has rotten fruits! Apparently they gave the wrong handling directions to the person picking up the cake.
I wrote to the owner but she has not replied. I wished I could have cam on Openrice and told everyone that they at least recognized the problem and appologized.
