I have not been to this place until recently - after reading featured article about this Chinese restaurant. The location of this restaurant is located at the Western Market, which is an old market with HK heritage. The decor of the restaurant is very much like a big theatre - it is pretty cool seeing it. The dim sums were of great quality, for example the texture of the spicy dumplings was superb and the taste was great - very fresh ingredients used. They also served unique dim sum like the French Duck Roll, French Truffle and XO paste friend rice roll .... all were great. I will certainly come back.
