Tonight I had dinner with two of my friends in this restaurant. We made this choice not because of the food quality, but mainly due to its spacious environment (actually no customer inside during dinner time!)
Peking duck is always my friend's favourite dish in traditional restaurants serving Peking cuisine. However, we were all overwhelmed by the poor quality of it this time. The pancakes provided were like dried facial masks which had been dehydrated for a night. The duck itself was no better, no crispy skin, no spring onions and the meat was so dry that it's like the duck had been slaughtered 10 years ago.
I swear I would never ever order Peking duck in this restaurant again, or maybe I should say this restaurant is blacklisted.
