This nicely decorated 'hut' has been a landmark at the peak for over half a century. Exteriorly presented as a red-brick built hut with a garden outside, providing outdoor dining with a fresh breath especially at the peak, the place has been a legend.

After a brief jog around the peak, we finally set our feet at this cozy restaurants, not many diners though, the staff were rushing the places busily. The menu offers a wide range of choices from asian to western, indian to japanese.

We ordered
bowl Pad Thai Fried Noodles
A bit of chili served aside, sprinkle as one likes. Fried to just the right degree, not too soft but retained the chewiness of noodles and freshness of veggie, added a bit of taste with the chili bits, really nice, love it lol

bowlHainan Chicken Rice
Tender and juicy boneless chicken slices, served with 3 different sauces, spring-onion oil, sweet soya sauce & chili sauce. Nice too lol

bowl Lasagna Toscana
Served on a square pan, covered with cheese, lots of lots of cheese, underneath were aubergines & veggies with tomato sauce, authenic italian dish, recommended for cheese manics

bowl Hot dog
Wanna get the hamburger but told it's not available, got this as alternative, huge dish with a hot dog shared among our four, the bun wasn't good though, probably reheat in microwave, not recommended.sad

Too full to accomodate any dessert, just read from comments below the bread pudding's good, next time maybe

The dishes were not remarkably overwhelming & surprising, yet it did offer a cozy & warm nostalgic atmosphere either for a warm family gathering or a romantic couple's dining
