I dun have a photo for the pretty cake as I was busy working on a project while a lovely colleague has bought some refreshments from Cova. And going back to the piece, the chiffon was soft and spongy, as well as having a clear layering of chiffon cake and cream. The lemon flavor was not too strong *from the point of view of big lemon fan, me* and the lemon essence was just in my every bite. For sure, the topped lemon decoration was edible and the sour flavor came together. I think it was more suitable for soft lemon fans instead. Yet the refreshing lemon slice did cheer me up.
Actually I had the mango dome cake from my birthday which was as well in chiffon cake. Maybe the lemon is a stronger flavor to match against the creamy sponge compare to mango.
Anywaz, I would try on the coffee soon as the strong aroma keeps around the area ...
