Haven't been here for a long while. Was debating between the muesli with yogurt and the pancakes, and finally decided to try the pancakes after reading others' reviews.

The piece of pancakes is very thick and not oily at all. Instead of having it with maple syrup, having it with the accompanied vanilla ice cream was great. It definitely filled me up 100% and made me go without hunger for over 6 hours!

So yes, food was great, but the environment was a bit odd.

1) While the cafe was very chilled and relaxing, staff was cleaning the windows when customers were around. Shouldn't they be cleaning the place before it was opened and when no customers were around??
2) Staff was stepping on the seats with their shoes on; aren't customers going to be sitting on them??
3) The piece of paper on the tray that holds the food was clearly reused as there were spots of stain on it. While I have nothing against being environmentally friendly, perhaps they should take away the tray after delivering the food to the customers so customers aren't disgusted by it??

As mentioned by others before, there does seem to be hygiene issues with the cafe. Management definitely needs to set clear rules to customers aren't turned away...
