I've got almost nothing more than my caption to say - good food and value for money. Agreed with the opinion that if you want good prime rib in HK, this is the place! Ordered Lawry's cut (medium) with sizzling mushroom, baked Alaska, Guava mocktail & peppermint tea. All good, and to be specific, above my expectation. The taste of the gravy goes so well with the tender pink beef. Love it! One thing I don't understand though - why they serve Yorkshire pudding & horseradish in this "American" restaurant??
