今日叫咗Frites House Mussels 同 Rich Man's Burger。

煮青口既為比利時國菜, 當然要叫o黎一試, 個dish係配埋薯條o既 (最近先知薯條竟然係比利時人發明!), 用o黎點返mussel o的白酒汁, 真係唔錯。青口o的殼好大, 不過肉好細粒, 但係食得出好新鮮, 粒粒都好飽滿, 當然同佢地去貨去得快有關啦! 學地道食法: 將第一隻食完o既殼當係拑用, 拑出其他青口o既肉, 一樂也 (本是同根生, 相煎何太急? shocked), 不過叫咗1/2kg 有啲唔夠候, 好在個burger算係幾大個...

但其實個burger大係大, 肉汁都唔少, 不過唔算話好特別, 尤其唔係好覺 "rich man" o既感受 tongue, 下次可以唔使叫啦, 叫多o的 mussel 好過! lol

順帶一提此店o既啤酒Stella Artois係標榜以比利時傳統方法serve o既, 不過叫咗一杯, o的泡同酒o既比例差啲, 同埋好明顯o的泡無斟過個杯, 再用刀刮走多咗o既泡, 呢點要改善一下 (當然唔駛好似廣告咁倒咗佢咁浪費啦)。 smile
