We went to Tao Heung abt a wk ago. Luckily, we didnt have to wait for long (9pm session). The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. The hotpot was nice. I just wanted to try everything, so we ended up ordered 11 dishes for the hotpot, American beef, lamb, scallop, and different kinds of "clams" (蚌) In the end, we finished almost everything except for the Enoki.

象拔蚌 is very fresh and abit crunchy. You can either eat in raw with wasabi or cooked in the hotpot.

it's worth going again........

Would like to try the dimsum next time.
