It's my first time to taste this restaurant, my bf's sister highly recommended it, as we are all steak-lovers. it's no doubt a good place to celebrate bday, the waiters will sing a song for you if u are the bday star!
service: very nice, helpful, briefing introduce the menu and recommend what should be the first choose. when my bf wanna order a pinapple cocktail, she even tell us don't, as it's too sweet, so we finally order a mango and a strawberry cocktail!
food: prime rib, brilliant! we tried ruby friday and the steak is burnt. this one is just what we want, juicy, full of steak/beef taste! well done! i chose the smallest portion which is quite big for a lady I guess, my bf selected a medium one/ lawry cut, he can hardly eat all, luckily, we didn't order diamond cut. matched with lawry's tailor made pepper which is great! salad is nothing special, gabbage + thousand island sauce.
side dish: yorkshire pudding is a bit disappointed as it's cold. we can see that other table's pudding is smoky hot~ when it cold, it turns thick.
drink: mango cocktail likes we order in 7-11, no special. strawberry cocktail, good, full of fresh strawberry taste.
luckily, we didn't order lobster/ seafood, we can observe all seafood near our table is not quite well, too hard / not quite fresh, we even heard some complaint of a man nearby said to the waitress that his lobster is too hard and cold....
we accidentally order a pure water which is not we want, waitress ask if we want a water, we simply say yes...$40... however, we know that all table got water which is free of charge, we got tricked!
generally speaking, prime rib restaurant is good at prime rib. good job! we will go there again !
