Finally got a chance to try when there no longer is a line.
Ordered their special of the day "cheese and bacon bits". Quite disappointed after seeing all the reviews.
Fries were re-fried. I know that you need to fry it several times in order to get the crispy outside/tender inside feel, but you can tell that the fries were not freshly made.
There's not enough sauce! When I got the fries only 1/3 of the fries were covered with cheese sauce. I had to add ketchup to it. The cheese sauce was also too thick...so it became solid very quickly.
Bacon bits were soft (not the crispy type). Again not enough as I only got a spoonful.
For $28 (it was the special of the day), I had expected more.
