Last week my GF bought me a surprise dinner at Lawry's yes she knows i m a carving for prime rib and when I m back to HK she bought me a special dinner at this place. Its located in Lee Garden and its spacious with a lounge for drinks before meal. The environment was nice and we got ourselves a sofa seat so nice! For starter we ordered our favourite Lobster bisque, the soup was thick and with lobster meat. Then followed by a house spinning salad. The waitress skillfully mix the salad with the dressing by spinning the bowl and it was a sizable portion. The dressing was delicious and we asked the waitress for more and she kindly came back with that. Our main dish was prime rib of course- I ordered the Diamond cut (prime rib- just for myself yummy!) and she had california cut. The D cut was super size with meat and fat on the edges . For desert we had a bake alaska (my beloved dersert). Apparently the waitress are all professional with the spinning of the salad and chef cutting from the wagon. Its a good experience and i would defiinietly come back again.
