不清淡但也很滿足的午餐.....

最近吃的午餐都是相對地清淡的。今日就來放肆一下,去吃吃這兒好評如潮的日式燒肉吧....
以往吃日式燒肉只懂得去伊呂波。現在選擇多了,光是尖咀內就有好幾間。要吃,當然要先挑有口碑、有水平的,不然就太浪費了肚皮的空間了
要吃燒肉,主力當然是吃牛了,所以只是隨便望了望餐牌,就order了一個牛肉套餐....
一場來到,只叫牛肉又怎能滿足 ? 牛舌是小弟吃日式燒肉時必備的項目,這次也不能例外。看見有半份叫,更是喜歡得不得了
始終,不用那麼浪費的嘛....
落完order後就看看四周環境。燈光昏昏暗暗的,頗見情調,而且座位也很闊落,很適合兩口子來撑撐枱腳。更重要的是通風系統做得不錯,燒至火光紅紅也不會弄到成身油煙,這自然是一所好的燒肉店的先決條件了。單論環境,小弟認為比伊呂波更勝一籌....
喝一碗清淡的海帶湯,有利消滯及肥膩。再吃吃日式kimchi、豆芽海帶及蟹籽沙律作前菜,未吃已有少許飽了,要再喝多口海帶湯消消滯才行
特別一提是這裏的kimchi做得較甜,是和式做法。跟韓國的辛辣風味可謂各擅勝場....
牛肉滿佈油花,光是看已是享受了。放在爐上每面燒三數分鐘,弄至六七成熟來吃,醃汁混和肉香,再加上那淰淰的質感,極有水準。午飯已有這樣的水平,相信晚飯的會更出色....
牛舌吃落也是頗爽口彈牙,但稍嫌太薄身。牛舌還是要厚切才吃得過癮。吃到最後,索性一次過燒起三數塊,接着夾起一塊兒食,才滿足
若有蘿蔔蓉伴吃,滋味必定更佳....
很放肆但很滿足的一餐,吃得極高興
