暗街內的少林寺

跟老弟來,方知暗街內的咖啡店原來是臥虎藏龍之地,正常營業時間可以在這裡喝杯即拉的Cuppuccino,閒時或會看到幾位高手過招,果然是業內少林寺。
是晚九時許,還算正常,要了杯老闆親手拉的Cuppuccino,一部專業的咖啡機,一包自家烘培的咖啡豆,但見老闆認真地拉起花來,不懂咖啡如偶亦能感受他對咖啡的熱誠。
細滑的奶泡,然後是微微的甘味餘韻,喝到底泡沫悠在,對於菜鳥來說已很滿意,當晚認識了幾位咖啡界專業人士,收獲很豐富。但走前,偶還是堅持espresso是唔應該加糖的...
P.S這裡有著非常美味的Amedei朱古力,高級酒店如Mistral才會採用的可可片,每塊八元,是意外新發現。
