Kushiyaki Sesson    雪村串燒  

Went to have dinner at this restaurant with my parents. We ordered a fried rice, salt grilled eel, chicken liver and goose liver sushi roll. The fried rice is very good, its very dry and the rice stiffness is just right not too hard or not too soft. The seafood cooked with it is very fresh and the egg is stirfried very well. very good. The salt grilled eel is very good too, the surface is very crispy and a little bit salty, middle is very soft and juicy, very nice. The chicken liver is not that good, the surface is crispy but the middle is very dry. The goose liver sushi roll is very nice, the goose liver is cooked just nice, very soft and juicy in the middle and crispy on the surface, the amount of rice is just nice, wont taking over the taste of the goose liver, whereas some place the rice is a bit too much taking away the taste of the sashimi.
