Me and my husband went for the said restaurant for lunch on one weekend. We waited for almost 45 minutes until we were seated. We ordered total 3 dishes and the first one came within 15 minutes. However, we wait for another 20 minutes and still nothing came. The waiter appproach us and realized the noodle has not came. I said it's fine but would be nice if he could follow for us. He then went away and we waited for another 15 minutes. The food has still not yet come and we asked for assistance again. Another waiter came along and promised to follow again. And AGAIN, nothing came and this time I requested to speak to the manager. The manager came, i think his name was Gordon; I asked how much longer do I have to wait. Surprisingly, he asked me whether I could wait or otherwise there's nothing he can do. Oh, god, I was extremely angry as such answer was given by "so call" the maanger. I waited for almost an hour and he now said there's nothing he can do. He then explained if I decided to wait, he will ask the kitchen to make the noodle for us. This is unbelievable, does he mean that my order has never been followed? He was talking over me not until I shout and stopped him. Does he know what "service" means?
At the same time, one bowl of noodle came. My husband finished his until my order came. And, believe it or not, the order is wrong. I was so angry with the attitude and even don't want to eat anymore. I asked the waiter to took the noodle away and asked for the bill. A waiter came with a dessert which I thanked but please, take it away as I'm not trying to ask for something extra, If the manager could provide us with a better service or attitude, it would be very much appreciated.
I will never visit that restaurant! No way! it's really a waste of time.
