First of all, the service was suck ! One of the male staff in there was just like a triad member as 1. very poor attitude and service 2. triad member style speaking tone 3. without smile all the time
We understand that we needed to pay the bill within the 2 hours, i.e. we started the hot pot at 7:40 pm, that means pay the bill at or before 9:40pm. We have tried our best to finish the food, but they served the food in a vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvery slow pace, really impossible to have good dinner and fill up. At 9:50pm they started to CLEAR our table within our consent and told us to leave..... IMPOSSIBLE and OH MY GOD, what a xxxxing service !!!
