Wanted to try this one for long time in Elements. The worset is we didn't check in Open Rice before going, now the problem found1) Food: Extremely bad taste or you can say they have no taste at all for all we ordered. I have the same feeling as the others readers. BAD BAD2) Charge: For tea $5 per head, plus small side dish charge for $8/$10(I don't remember exactly how much). I think this is unacceptable until we saw they were charged on the bill. Plus 10% service charge on top as well.

3) Service: The Manager with no/less hair. When he handed me back the change after payment. Because the food and charge problem. I didn't pay a penny for tips. The Manager just took his bill book away without say a thank you!! When we left from the front door, the Manager again, without saying goodbye such of think and gave us a bad looking face to us. I can clearly see it. What a service
For those bad comments about the service from the other people, you know why? because the Manager is always like that, how can his empolyees be good service.
For sure I will never go to their shop again and spread this bad things to all of my friends about this resturant.
