在銀漢街賣缽仔糕賣到開巷的"信興隆",原來已搬到去馬頭圍道,石塘街附近,
在一片"集體回憶"之風潮下,很多舊時舊物也開始陸續出土.缽仔糕是我輩二尾三頭的其中一種回憶,當然也不例外.
缽仔糕一啡一白,前者的用黃糖,後者的用椰汁.同樣用粘度極高的粘米漿製成,再加上口感鬆化,味道極濃的紅豆.就成為眼前的缽仔糕.
時下大多年青人吃得連鎖快餐迴轉,或在街邊掃街多,這等老味也許未聽過,或者缽仔糕這些功夫煩複之小吃,賣得$10三件,利錢又不多,難怪會日漸式微.幸好懷舊風吹得正盛,再喚醒起大家正視其價值.
啡同白的質感一樣,吃落香滑.是分別在味道,黃糖同椰汁各有各風格的甜味.
活到這個年代,能吃到這等童年之味,已經很不錯.但過多十年八年之後,又會如何?
