To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. After reading several positive comments below, I decided to have my dinner here last night with a treasured friend.The famous 鶴湖蟹影was really super delicious with nice decor on plate, though $198 for only 4 pieces, we both think it's well worth the price! Actually I already can't exactly remember much what we ate last night besides this dish, ah yes the 醉雞-冷盤, all boneless with just the suitable wine + sweet taste, best I've tasted compared to numerous shanghai restaurants.What we appreciated muc

Actually I already can't exactly remember much what we ate last night besides this dish, ah yes the 醉雞-冷盤, all boneless with just the suitable wine + sweet taste, best I've tasted compared to numerous shanghai restaurants.

What we appreciated much is not the food, it's the nice & quite ambience there for us to talk comfortably, and we both think the service here is even a little overly to good, our plates were changed ~6 times in 2 hours' time!
