I used to be a Lawry's fan back in the states, I will travel to Singapore just to have their prime ribs. I've been to Hong Kong Lawry's for over 20 times since their opening, but I am not sure why the services and the prime ribs are getting worse. All the usual waitress had gone and others are like new to the job. The crafters are chatting all the time and the waitress is not friendly as before, they like to force you to get a sparkling water or at least an evian. When I ordered ice water, you have to remind them or they won't bring it to you. I usually order California Cut but the portion is getting thinner?! Last time there is a new crafter cut it for me and its as thin as paper?! I have to complaint to get my real portion of my California cut!! Now that you don't need to make any reservatin ahead of time cos others also noticed the quality of the Hong Kong Lawry's are getting worse. I hope they will change their attitude soon or I have to fly to Singapore to have the real Lawry's.
