材料及份量:
(約35塊、5cm直徑)
牛油(室溫)75克
糖霜(icing sugar) 70克
全蛋 1隻
花生醬 50克
麵粉(Plain flour)120克
粟粉(Corn flour) 30g
製法:
1. 牛油室溫放軟。
2. 加入已篩過糖霜攪拌。
3. 加入已打發全蛋液攪拌(分三次)。
4. 加入花生醬攪勻。
5. 加入已篩過麵粉和粟粉攪拌。
6. 麵漿放入唧袋做形。
7. 放入已預熱攝氏180度的焗爐焗10分鐘,再轉攝氏100度焗5分鐘。
小貼士:
牛油不需要用打蛋器打發,用叉壓平即可。
以上製法不需要用打蛋器。
