Easy and yummy egg Benedict for homade
Ingredient and Portion
two eggs
half lemon
1 piece of ham
scone bread
Seasoning
Heat them for a minute : Salt, melted butter, lemon sauce,white pepper( all needed for two tea spoon) and add the egg yolk
Method
1. Preheat the baker in 200°C 5 minutes
2. Then baked the ham and scone bread for 3 minutes in 230°C
3. Next for the poached egg (add the whole egg to the boiling water for about 3 minutes) keep stirring the boiling water so the egg will be in the middle and easier to pick it out
4. Lastly put the egg yolk sauce on top
5. You may also add some scallion on top to make it looks better
Tips
1. You may add some vinegar in the boiling water so to make the egg white stick with the egg yolk
