Not quite authentic Taiwanese at all

We love Taiwanese food and wanted to try this for a late dinner. We ordered the usual dishes of 3 cups chicken (chicken was overcooked), oyster omelette (oysters were too well done) and the fried mee hoon was too oily. And the waiters didnt know "lu rou fan" and what came instead was something different.

Rather fly to taipei than eat here again if we crave for taiwanese food.
