Changzhou is famous for quite a few dessert houses. We picked up this one. We ordered all recommended desserts:
Shuffle: my favourite, quite light but sponge
Creme Brulee: creamy
Hazelnut chocolate cake: tasty but without hazelnut flavor
火焰雪山： this is very special, the shop will switch off all lights when ignite the alcohol with the dessert to create flame effect.

心太软：popular dessert and friends appraised it but I'm not big fan of chocolate
NY cheesecake. this is not in recommending list, we ordered this to replace strawberry yogurt cake (sold out). too stiff.

Service is not good. We asked for some water and turned out to be charged service charge (10%, excluded if no free water asked). The "sister" in the shop is not that kind and patient too.
