一口氣試了好幾款比較乾身的食物,轉轉口味來碗湯粉好了。蕃茄湯牛肉水晶粉最喜歡這個湯底,又有新鮮蕃茄,微微的蕃茄酸,令湯底更鮮甜可口,不會過火,反而令人胃口大開,牛肉嫩滑,水晶粉本身亦是滑溜,只可惜蘸上湯水能力有限,如果換上陳村粉效果如何?可能會更吸引。
