平時成日行過SOGO 都冇留意另一邊COUNTER, 見到年輪蛋糕係香港有得買, 原來就係SOGO到shocked

首先個包裝設計簡約, 但呢D所謂簡約, 就係一睇知貴野果隻,

事實真係唔平, 如果你覺得好食就低, 當普通牛油雞蛋糕就一定覺唔低,

好彩我係前者, 一打開個袋, 就好香牛油味, 當堂食慾大增,

買左個第三高既年輪, 400G $138, 切開4份, 一人一份岩岩好, 太細件一定唔夠喉, 食多件不如買個大Dlol

個蛋糕好綿密, 唔會食左好似冇食過咁, 一個個輪做得好仔細, 唔會有斷開 / 冇左條線,

最外層閃閃地係沙糖黎, 成日蛋糕都好好吃, 冇水果 / 忌廉裝飾, 但一樣令人一眼望落去, 覺得好靚,

P.S.買果時可以叫佢地切4/8份, 佢地把刀利, 切完個蛋糕唔會扁, 呢點好緊要, 佢地仲幫你包番個袋, 仲封埋, 好似冇打開過咁

媽咪雞蛋仔真係好旺, 每次行過都見有人等食,

咁又難怪既, 佢果陣蛋香味, 係橋既樓梯到都聞到,

又香又見到好多人排緊, 或多或少令人心思思想買番底黎食,

雖然排4底之後, 但其實好快就有, 淨係雞蛋仔爐眼見 就有3個, 5分鐘左右整好

是日, 一底chopstick白芝麻雞蛋仔,

一口脆脆地, 2/3 實心, 好香芝麻味, 有d似懷舊小食糖葱餅隻味,

因為好食, 所以貴都係抵食既

星期六行呢條黃埔街, 單單一行就有3 個熱買食點, 真係人氣旺盛。

呢家雞蛋仔舖離紅磡火車站都有幾個街口, 不過冇阻我對追食蛋餅的熱誠

間舖個老闆好健談好大方, 是日 要一件 chopstick蛋白花生醬肉鬆班戟

蛋白即係蛋白皮, 件班戟先塗滿牛油, 花生醬,

之後老闆問我要唔要花生粒, 佢話係今日炒起的, 聽到緊係要加料啦

最後落埋滿滿肉鬆, 咁就完成一件, 未食齊見到咁full就興奮

花生醬加肉鬆, 呢個配撘幾特別, 又match喎, 原粒花生粒又夠香口, 好食 足料又抵

見佢個餐牌仲有好多其他款式, 都好吸引人, 令我想食晒咁多款,

難怪佢可以屹立紅磡多年。

是日買了一底 chopstick黑芝麻雞蛋仔, 打算偷運入戲院

套戲就好好睇, 不過件雞蛋仔就要劣評

敗筆就在於d 黑芝麻到, 佢係打碎左既芝麻, 當然不是既時碎的, 香味老早飛走晒

即使個店員毫不客氣地係件餅到灑左好多黑芝麻, 但都唔多食得出,

我覺得佢只不過是一件偽裝的原味, 仲要唔平, 一分錢半分貨

雖然間舖香氣外露, 但對佢好明顥係錢重要d,

但對我緊係兩樣都唔重要, 因為冇下次

是日晚餐, BLT combo - blt burger fat fries, cream soda

chopstickA & W cream soda 第一次飲, 非常有忌廉味shocked, 冇玉泉咁甜, 我個人就一般般

chopstickfries 外脆內熱, 單叫要$30up咁貴, 最起碼炸薯條/塊都一定要逹到基本要求, 配菜沙律及青瓜夠酸

chopstick bit burger 個招塊就省得唔夠令, 塊牛肉 好乾好碎, 無咩味,

要7成熟, 個待應就話等於 middle 熟, 個range 莫非由5成開始計, 5成=生, 10成=全熟 ?

上碟見個包都幾靚, 塊肉幾厚, 7成熟都ok,

塊肉咁乾既原因, 我本人以有限既經驗話我知 - 因為塊肉唔夠油,

d 人所謂既肉汁, 我覺得其實根本係油, 一啖咬落去, 有油流出, 有油有肉味, 塊肉就一定唔會乾,

blt burger 收咁貴, 應該要做得平衡一點, junk food 幾貴都係 junk food, 會食都唔會諗住少油多菜健康d架啦
