用餐日期應係上年暑假,
雖然日子過左好耐,
但我相信呢度係一個不太多人知ge私房地方,
食肆後面另有間VIP房,
朋友組團十二人飯局,
以海鮮為主, 一共有十個菜式~!

同朋友食飯, 常試下不一樣ge齋菜, 有朋友話呢間算係印度素菜其中一間之正ge食肆,
位於尖沙咀樂道一間商業大廈一樓,
入面全印度人侍應, 對答要用英文,
幸好餐牌中英對照, 仲有一本食物ge相簿俾你睇, 不過相簿D編號, 好多同餐牌ge編號唔一樣,
印度齋菜都係第一次食, 幾得意, 但老實講, 我覺得樣樣野都差唔多。
我地七點半左右開始食, 食到差唔多八點九,
侍應問我地仲有冇野叫, 我地話冇, 之後竟然走黎叫我地埋單,
總數$450, 唔算貴,
但好奇怪law~ 我地都冇叫埋單,
聽聞印度人食飯時間係晚上九點左右, 呢間野會好爆下, 可能想清一清檯, 或者係呢個原因啦~~

前: Paneer Korma (印度芝士白咖喱), 本來對呢個有D期望, 入面有D類似豆腐ge物體, 可惜個汁麻麻地, 冇乜芝士味, 又冇乜咖喱味咁;
後: Paneer Kofta (印度芝士素菜餃), 成晚最好食係呢個, 汁好味, 但唔知有乜野, 我估係蕃茄、咖喱、芝士溝埋, 入面有兩舊所謂ge餃, 係D芝士粒、薯仔、唔知係咪有芋頭, 撈埋一舊野, 味道幾好, 不過好漏下

平民區ge中高檔食肆, 慕名而來的一餐, 我想去好耐,
正所謂希望越大, 失望越大,
服務及食物ge處理, 似乎有好多改善空間!!!!
叫左兩個set dinner, 埋單$850左右

店子地方不算大, 氣氛還算不錯
 
頭盤 : 凍鴨批 + 華杜夫沙律 + 蟹肉慕絲..... 兩粒四四方方唔記得係乜野有機薯, 其實我覺得賣相非常麻麻, 鴨批OK啦~ 蟹肉慕絲就幾唔錯
 
頭盤 : 加錢轉白酒煮青口, 份量十足, 都有差唔多二十隻, 足夠二人享用, 青口用左白酒, 牛油去煮, 的確好嫰, 可惜蒜蓉太多, 蓋晒青口本身味道, 我有少少覺得因為D青口本身不太靚, 所以先用咁多蒜蓉
 
餐湯 : 香橙甘筍忌廉湯, 好香好清淡, 唔鍾意食太濃味ge人會鍾意, 唔知服務員係咪善忘, 麵包並冇跟任何牛油之類物體
 
餐湯 : 加錢轉黑松露磨菰湯, 中間白色一團係蛋白, 可以攪勻, 湯味同之前香橙甘筍湯係一個強烈對比, 味道好濃, 入口覺得好好飲, 黑松露磨菰料十足, 細細粒, 啖啖料&湯, 好豐富, 但飲飲下就覺得咸。同樣地, 麵包都係冇跟牛油。
 
主菜 : 此店主打招牌菜, Dry age肉眼扒, 可能店員真係善忘, 我要四成熟, 竟然煮左七成, 我太太個主菜就要七成, 但就煮左四成, 一定係調轉左啦~ 我入口已覺有點兒唔對路, 問一問侍應是否四成, 我好肯定當時侍應沒有細心睇, 便答我係, OK~~~ 你話係就得~! 之後我差唔多食完時, 切晒兩份主菜一舊肉出黎, 再叫侍應黎確認, 這時, 侍應先話佢地搞錯!!! 似乎太不老實吧~!!

講返個主菜 : 賣相OK~! 七成熟, 老實講, 我有少少覺得食緊大家樂ge扒, 當然, 不至於咁差, 牛肉味都有的, 但心裡的確唔舒服, 對呢份野已大大扣分, 反而配菜好唔錯, 薯角好好味, 好似食珍珍薯片咁!
 
這就是所謂ge四成熟, 唉~! 失望!!!
 
主菜 : 七成變四成ge 鵝肝汁紐西蘭牛柳, 冇乜特別, 都OK好食

是日甜品 : 朱古力brownie, 另一份加錢轉朱古力心太軟, 都OK, 冇乜特別
