Been looking for restaurants to have lunch on work days and saw that this restaurant has been quite popular lately. Having had lunch there with my fellow law mates, it has quickly become one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Central!

Set lunches on weekdays cost $138 or more but I have to say the quality of the food is awesome!

Each set comes with:

- Salad: very well prepared; one of the best side salads I have had!
- Miso soup: decent flavors; not your average watery soup that often comes with set lunches
- Sashimi: very fresh; reasonable quantity
- Main dish: huge portion of assorted sashimi with rice (friend's order) with huge chunks of sashimi; freshly grilled salmon, marinated just right (my order)
- Coffee / mochi

A very satisfying lunch, indeed. Highy recommended! Can't wait to try out the food served for its buffet!

Has always wanted to come to this restaurant given its location but never got the chance to. Well, since I was to have dinner on my own all of a sudden, this restaurant was the obvious choice.

明太子掛烏冬 - surprisingly large portion of quality udon with more than enough 明太子

雞軟骨餃子 - freshly fried; quite tasty

A satisfying meal overall! Since I was alone, I couldn't have a greater variety of food. Curious about other dishes, though; will definitely be back.

Dinner with my grandparents was a pleasant experience, even though the service was sub par as my grandparents warned me.

奇味小炒 - one of its signature dish; so-so

南乳齋煲 - surprisingly tasty with a great variety of vegetables

椒鹽排骨 - a little too bony for me but it was well marinated

味菜豬肚粉腸 - not bad but nothing special

腿容琵琶豆腐 - favorite dish of the night; highly recommended!

I heard that the entire building where the restaurant is located will be torn down soon. I wonder if this restaurant is going to move to a new location?

Was totally in the mood for some quality scrambled eggs this morning and this restaurant popped up in my mind.

Both my boyfriend and I ordered the 常餐, whereby one can choose to have macaroni with grilled pork / beef / ham, together with toasts + ham and fried / scrambled eggs.

This restaurant is fast becoming my go-to place for a quite brunch.

Since I was meeting some girlfriends for tea, I was hoping to find a new place to go to. Found this cafe on openrice and had an awesome time!

凍奶茶 and B仔鴛鴦 - would have been great if they come in larger cups

Brownie + 軟雪糕 - hot brownie + cold and smooth ice cream = awesome!

黑白多士 - interesting combination of black sesame and condensed milk

香蕉合桃 Pancake - fluffy pancakes = awesome!

雞批浮台 (青豆茸忌廉湯) - my favorite dish of the day!

Highly recommended; will definitely be back for more!
