與塵埃早已對high tea 失望, 不再抱住任何幻想好耐了 !!!!! 但發現 robuchon 竟推出 tea set,, 一向對robuchon 出品有信心,在置地又完成要做的事時, 剛好又是 tea 既時間, 是日在旬菜富食了豐富 lunch, 另一半提出不如就"激一激"啦~~~~對我地黎講又真係幾激了, 短短2個鐘就食第二餐 ~~~ 真擔心浪費食物 !!!!

如以往一樣, 包類先番熱才送上, scone 配上玫瑰草莓醬先到, 那個醬真係非常非常好食, 好出色, 夠玫瑰香, 草莓不過甜而且還有一粒粒的草莓, 味道一點都不假~~~~~
Sandwiches 賣相精緻, 不過不失~~
pastries 確有水準~~~ 賣相與味道皆高質素~~
一個tea set 還跟兩杯飲品, 這個質素, 這個價錢, 絕對收貨有餘 ~~

感覺還是以前的較好, 較喜歡餐廳設在地面, 餐廳雅致, 用上銀器餐具, 整體佈局很好 ! 入口處放了一個精緻木櫃擺放蛋糕, 每次都是先走去看看蛋糕, 才決定揀邊款 ~~ 單看已非常開心 !! 隔離就是 take away cake shop, 佈置簡單實用 , 驟眼看不出是高級餅店 !!

裝修後, cake shop 與餐廳已一併轉移至1樓, cake shop 真的靚了不少, 而餐廳就少了以前優雅味道, 多添幾份現代感~~個人感覺還是愛舊的多一點 !!

現在cake shop 多了不少新蛋糕款式, 但少了我愛的 fresh cream with mix fruit(鮮果忌廉蛋糕) ~~ 失望!! 因食過 robuchon tea set, 勾起對 scone 既思念~~近日黎重溫scone 味道, 第一次跟塵埃的調轉了, 由plain的變成cheese 味, 第二次要了 baguette, 第三次 plain scone~~ scone 還是最喜歡 plain 的,先番熱再塗上玫瑰草梅醬, 就已經很好味了 !! 這裡 baguette 還較香港robuchon 弱, 包內氣孔夠多, 但包面少了麵包香氣~~

自第一次試過這裡出品後, 就已成為我們的 "飯堂"~~ 一黎泊車方便, 搭lift 直達,就算天氣不好, 亦不成問題~~ 二黎無味精湯水對我哩d 二人家庭, 真是方便不過了 !!

黎到必點係例湯, 天天不同, 湯夠火候,料亦足, 湯甜不帶邪味, 有家既感覺 !! 較喜歡係栗子雞煲, 雞入味, 但栗子未夠淋, 如能再淋一點就更好 !! 鹹魚煎肉餅亦不錯,西檸雞亦炸得夠鬆, 檸汁不過酸過甜, 恰當調味!! 只是每次糖水未能令我滿足, 除這之外, 其他確實有水準 !!

這次4人叫了5餸, 大家都非常滿足盡興 ~~

今次再黎, 唔多唔少帶期待心情, 去到時輕鬆感覺加上親切招待, 心情亦越黎越好 !! 被安排係餐廳較前靠窗位置, 而當日餐廳亦只有半滿, 所以絕無壓迫感, 而且侍應們亦能不急不趕地慢慢介紹及上菜!!

Blue Fin Tuna Tartare with Oyster and Seaweed
Barbarie Duck Leg Parmentier with Green Salad

oyster 已先打碎再 mix 在tuna tartare內, 而 tartare 上係seaweed jelly , 賣相佳, 睇到已食慾大增 ! 因為 oyster 已同tuna tartare 混和, 入口時蠔既鮮味未有減退, 而且與 tuna 亦非常配合, 令整個 tuna tartare 鮮味提升不少 , 而seaweed jelly 帶少鹹, 富seaweed 味, 整體簡單但非常突出既一個 appetiser !!

鴨亦係一個我非常愛既肉類, 尤其法國菜 , 如果見到menu 有鴨揀, 通常都不會錯過的 !! 當日既鴨係已經拆晒骨, 面係 mashed potato, 第一個比我既感覺, 好似 cottage pie !! 鴨肉好入味帶少少甜, 連 mashed potato 一齊食, 口感係滑既薯蓉加上濃味鴨肉, 好對胃口, 但這個我不能獨自解決, 因為頗漏, 對女士黎講哩個份量頗多, 所以要搵另一半幫忙 !!

dessert 6款選3, 還以為只係揀2添, 而 waiter 亦再多給我地 macaroon & dark chocolate 試試, 真係窩心 !!

這次 weekend 比對上次平日黎, 感覺更好, 服務更窩心, 更緊貼客人, 係需要時會出現, 而且 weekend 黎既, 無左平日急速急趕感覺 !!!

食完泰菜, 要食食糖水 "completed" 既 !! 十多年前會常到西貢滿記, 當時既腐竹糖水 & 芝麻糊, 當年非常有水準, 可惜近年已不復當勇 !! 反而這裡在剛開業時黎試過, 老闆硬要我跟佢既芝麻燉蛋白食法, 令我不悅, 當時雖然因工作會常到附近, 亦無再黎既衝動了 !!

因為滿記糖水水準已達會考 F級, 但收費卻是B級, 如此不成正比, 有必要再搵好糖水店, 此時想起這裡 !!! 先試腐竹糖水&芝麻糊, 腐竹料足, 夠濃帶黏口, 而且白果亦夠香, 果然不錯, 芝麻糊同樣芝麻炒得夠香, 不會加添過多水,稀濃剛好 !!!! 現在, 這裡是我地常來食腐竹&芝麻既地方了
