彪記結業後此處開了2間潮州麵店.一間主力賣潮州麵.今次我選呢間晚上會賣砂鍋粥.更標謗食物品質同彪記相同.是否真實質當然要試過先知.

環境是新店.當然乾淨.仲坐得舒服.店員也是一班潮州的女人.很有禮貌,落單有段插曲.我要凍檸茶少甜,上菜時出了凍奶茶.店員立即更換.凍奶茶仲自己飲.服務相當好.而價錢23元一碗.都合理...

可惜品質令我又慨嘆又疑惑...

凍檸茶10元:沒有茶味.叫少甜後直情似飲水.檸少我都不會怪責.因為生意人當然想低成本.高利潤,若遇到真材實料的店,是福氣.
牛丸米:好淡口.湯淡.辣椒油淡.辣椒油真係又不香.又不辣.仲要無味.牛丸,我信無粉,我信純牛肉,可惜賣相有一半黑色.牛肉變黑.原因係唔新鮮.
而且牛味係無.進食時感覺只係咬韌韌韌的物體..味道同樣淡口...

神奇的是.辣椒油淡口.牛無牛味呢句話係事實.呢間店品質令人大開眼界.
